Shipping & Delivery
At Kai Nation shipping & delivery are based on the following:

Kai Nation will deliver anywhere in the US. Allow 7-10 business days for standard delivery on your Kai Nation product. You will see your shipping costs listed when you go to the checkout page before you submit your order. After reviewing this page, submit your order and you will receive your Kai Nation product in no time!

Returns & Replacements
If for any reason you would like to exchange/return your order for a different size, product or money back please ship the item back to the address located at the bottom of this page within 30 days. Before mailing your item back, please e-mail us with your name, the sales number on your receipt and a brief description of the product. In turn, we will send you the appropriate information that you will need to process the exchange of your product. If the product is determined by Kai Nation not to have been worn, washed, or in any way altered with, we will immediately ship your new product back to you or credit your account. In order to ensure your satisfaction, Kai Nation will pay for your new item to be sent back to you!

Ordering
Placing an order with Kaination.com is easy. Please follow these simple steps to experience the wonderfully comfortable products of Kai Nation:

Add an item to your shopping bag by clicking "add item" on the item's product detail page. When you have finished shopping, click the "cart" button at the top of the page. You will be shown your basket for review. Click "proceed to check out."

On the login page new customers should click the "create account." Repeat customers should enter their email address in the "login" box and their password in the "password" box. Press "login".

Complete the next 3 steps by entering all required information. On step 4, you will be presented with all your order information. Click the "confirm" button to submit the order. You will know that your order has gone through when you receive the "thank you" page with your order number. If you have not received this page, please contact our Customer Support toll free at (877) 283 -7571 . Please be advised that once an order is confirmed, you cannot make changes to the order online.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and check cards, as long as they are connected with one of the major credit card companies listed above. You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information.

Paying by Check Card?
If you're paying with a Visa Check Card, or MasterMoney Card enter it as if it was a regular credit card.
